A complete
Quality Assurance System has been well-established at NACKS:
NACKS QC Department¡ú Other Department¡ú Section¡ú Sub-section¡ú
Working Group. On the basis of the management system adopted
from KHI, precision management is implemented comprehensively
in NACKS. The precision control system has been established
through feed-back and analysis of the information collected
by statistic technology in the whole production procedure,
on which zero-balance shipbuilding is achieved firstly in
China, especially for the non-misalignment connection.
The quality assurance system and construction technology of
NACKS has got the acknowledgement of well-known international
classification societies such as CCS, GL, LR, DNV, ABS, BV,
NK and so on.. The good quality and after-service of NAKCS
has also won the high remarks of both Chinese and foreign
ship-owners.
NACKS has received the certification of ISO 9001 (2000 version) £¬ the certification of ISO14001 Environment Management System£¬the certification of OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the certification of ISO27001 Information Security Management System from DNV.NACKS also passed the certification of ISO10012 Calculate and Measure System of China. |
